Achieved success in the promotion of "park-like cemeteries".
1986
ChinPao Pagoda was awarded Architecture Design Award of the ROC and set high standard for columbarium niche cremations in Taiwan.Entire enterprise administration was computerized and information digitized.
1987
ChinPao Pagoda was established and it became the first modern and privately owned necropolis in Taiwan.
1989
Hosted the first photography contest with ChinPao Pagoda as central theme titled "The Beauty of ChinPaoSan".
1992
Advanced towards the goal of "artistic landscaping" in ChinPaoSan cemeteries.
1993
Master sculptor Ju Ming and 25 outstanding artists undertook a creative endeavor that spent eight years and cost NT$400 million to complete--the creation of artistic masterpiece "Thousand Buddha Grottoes".
1994
Founder and President Ryh-Chang Tsao was presented with the "National Good People and Good Deeds" award.
1995
Establishment of the "Celebrity Monument Area" for dignitaries in the afterlife.
1997
President of Service Corporation International from the United States visited ChinPaoSan and commended that: "ChinPaoSan is the most beautiful cemetery in the world".
1998
Actively promoted arts and culture and organized the first "Cross-Strait International Art and Sculpture Workshop".
Established a professional "Mortuary Service Team" in adherence to the "integrated mortuary and burial services" policy.
1999
Awarded the "Business Excellence Award" by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2001
Completed construction of the first multi-functional columbarium pagoda "Sunshine Life Memorial Hall" that integrates both templeand pagoda.
2002
Launch of the first multi-functional ceremonial venue in Taiwan.
Launch of the first multimedia production services for funeral and memorial gatherings.
Established the "ChinPaoXuan Funeral Service Center" for providing new mortuary services.
2003
Founder and President Ryh-Chang Tsao established the "Temple of Peace & Joy".
President Mr. Ryh-Chang Tsao awarded the "Cultural Reform Award" by the Ministry of the Interior for his exemplary dedication in reforming the funerary culture of Taiwan.
ChinPaoSan presented with the Excellence Award in the "Deathcare Service Evaluation" every year since 2000.

Establishment of the "ChinPaoSan Welfare and Charity Foundation".
2007
ChinPaoSan's "Rose Garden Cemetery" was formally unveiled.
2008
Awarded the first prize in the "Deathcare Service Evaluation Excellence Award" by Taipei City Government.
2009
Public art installation "State of Nirvana" series at "ChinPaoSan Rose Garden Cemetery" received the prestigious "Most Popular Award" in the Public Art Awards organized by the Council for Cultural Affairs.
2011
Founder and President Ryh-Chang Tsao awarded "Top 100 Outstanding Alumni" and designated as Permanent Honorary Chairman of the Alumni Association by National Taipei University of Technology.
2013
Hosted the second ChinPaoSan photography contest titled "Discover the Beauty of ChinPaoSan," with the highest prizes throughout Taiwan.
Founder and President Ryh-Chang Tsao awarded "Honorary Doctor of Philosophy" by National Taipei University of Technology for establishing new benchmarks for the art and culture industry of Taiwan.
